When an issue is discovered for one of your books' files, the NetGalley team will notify you via the Title Details page. You will also see a warning message on the Manage Titles listview alerting you to the problem.
To learn more about the issue, click the red message on the Title Details page:
These details will explain which file is causing the problem, which reading options are affected, and any additional information about the problem and/or solution that our team can provide. Here is an example:
From here, you can either mark the issue as Resolved, or click "I Need Help" to open a support ticket with the NetGalley team.
