Each User can select the types of alerts they receive, according to their own individual preferences. Company Admins and Imprint Managers can also select which types of alerts each user receives on their behalf.
- Request Alerts - User will receive an email related to new Requests for any book or audiobook in the imprint account. They may choose to receive the alerts as requests occur, or a daily digest.
- Feedback Alerts - User will receive an email when Feedback is submitted for any book or audiobook in the imprint account. They may choose to receive the alerts as feedback is submitted, or a daily digest.
- File Import & Issue Notices - User will receive a receive an email confirmation when files have been uploaded via the Deliver Files page or the SFTP. They will also receive any alerts from the NetGalley team about file issues we notice or are brought to our attention, which needs to be addressed.
- All title reports at the archive date - User will receive an email containing a zip file, which includes all title-level reports on the archive date of the book.
- Curated alerts about Promotional Opportunities - User will receive periodic emails from the NetGalley Promotions team about upcoming promotional opportunities.
- Most Requested Alerts - User will receive an email if any book or audiobook in the imprint account reaches one of the top spots in the Most Requested section of the NetGalley catalog.
