Members can indicate that they will not be submitting feedback for a title with the Will Not Give Feedback option. They can choose this option if they had a file issue, if the title was archived before they could download it, if they didn’t finish the book, or if they discovered unexpected content once they started reading.
This will help us identify and resolve issues that are preventing members from submitting Feedback, such as file issues, and to gain more insight into member activity.
You can find this data on the Title Feedback page under the Activity tab, and in the “Notes” field of your Feedback Report.
