If you cannot enable the Kindle reading option for your file, or receive an error that says: "This title is not ready", please check these common errors:
- Have you uploaded the content?
- Is the file you uploaded protected with a password or encryption? The file cannot be protected by any security measure. (You will have the option to select DRM protection on the file when the file imports into NetGalley.)
- Is the file too large? 24 MB is the maximum size for delivery to Kindle.
Please be sure you've optimized your PDF or EPUB file and ensure that none of the common errors are occurring for the file, then you can either directly upload or re-upload it using the Deliver Files page named with the 13-digit ISBN number.
