The Company Admin Dashboard gives publishers with multiple imprints a centralized view of activity across their organization. From this dashboard, Company Admins can monitor imprint activity, manage users, access reports, and quickly navigate to individual imprint dashboards.
View Activity Across Your Imprints
The Company Admin Dashboard provides an overview of each imprint, including:
- Active titles
- Pending requests
- Publication date range
This information can help you compare activity across imprints, identify recent title uploads, and monitor request management.
Access an Imprint Dashboard
To manage titles, review requests, create Widgets, or perform other imprint-specific tasks, click the Dashboard icon next to the appropriate imprint.
You can also switch between imprints at any time using the imprint dropdown.
View Company and Imprint Reports
Click the Activity icon next to an imprint to view its reporting dashboard.
Available reports include:
- New Titles Created
- Type of Access Over Time
- Types of Access
- Activity by Member Type
- Top Performers
- Title Summary Report
- Promotions Report
To view these reports across your entire company, use the dropdown at the top of the page to select All Imprints.
