Once you've signed up for NetGalley, we'll create your account and send you everything you need to get started. The activation process is slightly different depending on whether you have a subscription or a pay-per-title account.
Subscription Accounts
Once we receive your signed subscription agreement, we'll create your NetGalley account within three business days.
When your account is ready, you'll receive:
- An email with your login credentials
- Resources to help you set up your account and create and manage your first titles
- Information about next steps for making the most of your account
As part of your onboarding, a member of our Concierge Team will also reach out to schedule a title setup training session to help you become familiar with your NetGalley account and its features, including Booktrovert.
Pay-Per-Title Accounts
Once we receive confirmation of your payment, we'll create your NetGalley account within three business days.
When your account is ready, you'll receive:
- An email with your login credentials
- A robust step-by-step document to guide you through setting up your title
- Links to where you can submit for your pre-paid promotion, when relevant
