What is a "maximum title limit"?
Your maximum title limit is the total number of active titles your NetGalley subscription allows across your account, including any imprint accounts within your organization. You may also see this referred to as your subscription level or title level.
An active title is any title in your account that has not been archived. This includes Private titles, since you can still share them with your own contacts using NetGalley Widgets.
Who determines my maximum title limit?
Your maximum title limit is based on your NetGalley subscription agreement.
You can view your current title limit on your Dashboard and Manage Titles page. If you have questions about your subscription or would like to increase your title limit, please contact the NetGalley team.
How is the title limit shared across imprints?
If your organization has multiple imprints, your Company Admin manages the overall subscription and can assign title limits to individual imprints from the Company Admin Dashboard.
If a title limit has been assigned to your imprint, that limit will appear on your Dashboard and Manage Titles page.
Why does my imprint's title limit change?
If your Company Admin has not assigned a title limit to your imprint, the number displayed in your account reflects the remaining active title capacity available across your organization.
For example, if your company's subscription allows 20 active titles and there are currently 8 active titles across all imprints:
- Imprint 1 has 3 active titles, so its available title limit appears as 15.
- Imprint 2 has 5 active titles, so its available title limit appears as 17.
As titles are added or archived across your organization's imprints, these numbers update automatically to reflect the remaining available capacity.
