Maximum Title Limits

Publishers' maximum title limit, or subscription level, is based on the agreement your company has with NetGalley.

When you reach your maximum number of Active titles you will see a warning message in your account on your Dashboard and on the Manage Titles page. To add new titles, simply Archive any books that no longer need to be active in your account. You still have access to history and reporting for archived titles, and previously approved members can still submit reviews and feedback. 

Details about your subscription level are visible in your account, and you can always reach out to us if you have any questions or need to increase your title level.

Company Admin users may also Set a Title Limit for each imprint in your account on your Company Admin Dashboard.
