After you've uploaded a .csv file of contacts for your Auto-Approved list, we always recommend reaching out to them to let them know they've been auto-approved. Before you contact any NetGalley member, please consult the information in our Best Practices for Using Member Email Addresses article.
If you use a widget to invite them to download a particular title, simply add this text to the widget template language:

If you would like to direct them to your catalog of titles on NetGalley (publisher profile), use this text:

Once you login and request any of our books, you will be automatically approved. If you are new to NetGalley, you can create a free account here. Be sure to use the same email address to which I've sent this invitation. After you register, you will get a confirmation email from NetGalley with a link to authenticate your new account. Click that link and login to NetGalley.
