Template Language for Checking In with Approved Members

Following up with approved members is a great way to encourage them to download, read, and review your title. Following up with members reminds them that they are an important part of building pre-publication buzz for your titles.

Before you contact any NetGalley member, please consult the information in our Best Practices for Using Member Email Addresses article.

Example #1:

Thank you for requesting [title]. If you haven't already gotten the chance to download it, you can do so to any reading device. If you have already read and enjoyed this book, please take the time to submit your feedback via NetGalley and write a review on [Amazon/Goodreads/other preferred outlet websites]. Your feedback is important to us!
