On NetGalley, BISAC codes appear on a book's title record and are visible to NetGalley members when they view the title.
BISAC codes can be added to a NetGalley title in two ways:
- Imported through your ONIX feed. If NetGalley is receiving your ONIX feed, BISAC codes included in your ONIX metadata will automatically populate your NetGalley title record.
- Added manually. Publishers can add or edit BISAC codes by opening the book's title record and selecting Edit Title Details.
You can search for a BISAC by keyword or by the code itself, and they can be removed at any time using the X button.
