If you opt to add-on Detailed Analytics for a Booktrovert campaign with a Sweepstakes or Giveaway CTA, you will receive access to the email addresses of giveaway participants, as well as bonus charts, downloadable reports, and more demographic data.
By entering a Sweepstakes or Giveaway, Booktrovert participants agree to receive promotional emails from both Booktrovert and the sponsor of the campaign. This is the language included on the campaign page:
"This giveaway is subject to the Booktrovert Giveaway Terms & Conditions. By entering this giveaway, you agree to receive promotional emails from Booktrovert and the Sponsor of the Giveaway. Any personally identifiable information you provide in connection with Booktrovert giveaways will be used in accordance with the Booktrovert Privacy Policy."
Additionally, within the overall Booktrovert Terms of Use, Section 7: Booktrovert Giveaway Terms & Conditions, each participant agrees to this clause:
7.6. Privacy Policy:
NetGalley will collect personal data about Entrants online in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Personal data about Entrants will also be collected by each Sponsor and handled in accordance with such Sponsor’s privacy policy. By participating in the Giveaway, each Entrant hereby agrees to NetGalley’s and the Sponsor’s collection and usage of their personal information including to receive promotional emails from NetGalley and each Sponsor, and acknowledge that they have read and accepted NetGalley’s and the Sponsor’s respective privacy policies.
