Many NetGalley clients alert their auto-approved members when new titles are added to the catalog. You can easily export your list of auto-approved members using the link on that page, and this is a great way to let them know that they can access your new content immediately!
Just press the Download Full List button in the Download section of your Auto-Approved tab. It will contain the name, company, member type, country, and email address (unless private) for each member.
