Files are uploaded into the _INBOX folder at sftp://ftp.netgalley.com using your FTP login and password (this is not linked to your login and password at www.netgalley.com). All covers, metadata, and content files must be placed inside the _INBOX folder.
Files must be named with the 13-digit ISBN without dashes or letters to exactly match the primary ISBN of the NetGalley title record (9781111111111.pdf). Files that are named correctly will automatically import within an hour into the associated NetGalley title record.
