Book(s) must be active in the NetGalley service (including book cover and content files) in order to be eligible for a Booktrovert campaign and any optional add-ons (collectively, “Campaign”). After creating the Campaign within your NetGalley account, you will be prompted to pay online by credit card when you finalize your campaign, or you can apply your balance if you pre-paid for multiple campaigns. If you pre-pay, the credit will be applied to your NetGalley account balance and can be used by the Imprint Manager or any Imprint Users who access your NetGalley account.
Once you have purchased a Campaign and it has been finalized, the Campaign cannot be edited or otherwise modified. You can, however, cancel a previously-purchased Campaign before its start date by clicking on the ‘cancel’ link for the Campaign in your NetGalley account, which will automatically refund the payment to an account balance which you can use as credit towards the purchase price of a new Campaign.
If a Campaign needs to be cancelled after its start date (while it is currently running), please reach out to concierge[at]netgalley.com for assistance. All fees paid for Campaigns and any add-ons are nonrefundable after the Campaign start date, unless a Campaign is canceled by NetGalley before its start date without cause.
